Flavia Dias, 38 a Flamengo FC fanatic having a tattoo applied on her breast by artist Gyanni Rocha inside the notoriously dangerous favela known as the "Complexo do Alemao". What is both curious and significant is that it is the Flamngo team flag wrapping around the most hallowed ground in Brazilian footballing history, the iconic Maracana Stadium.
